Cancellation policy

Moree products can be bought two ways: as a one-off purchase, or as a Product + Tracking Plan (SmartPaks plus MoreeOS). Cancellation works differently for each. This page explains both. It's a summary — our full Terms and Conditions set out the legal detail and always take precedence.

One-off purchase

You buy the Products outright. No recurring fees, no plan to cancel.

Returns. If we agree to a discretionary return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Restocking fees and return shipping may apply. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we can refuse returns of used food-contact packaging.

Product + Tracking Plan

This is the SmartPak Max plan: an Activation Fee plus a Monthly Plan Fee for MoreeOS tracking, for a fixed Initial Term stated at checkout.

During the Initial Term. Business customers can't cancel for convenience during the Initial Term. Ending early means paying an Early Settlement — the unpaid Monthly Plan Fees for the rest of the term.

After the Initial Term. The plan rolls onto a month-to-month basis. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, via your account or by emailing hello@getmoree.com. Tracking and platform access stop at the end of the notice period.

If we change the price. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any change to the Post-Term Tracking Fee. You can cancel before it takes effect.

If you're a consumer (buying for personal use, not a business)

UK law gives you a right to cancel that sits above anything in this policy.

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the Products, for any reason, no explanation needed. This doesn't apply to custom-printed or personalised SmartPaks. If you've asked us to start the Services before the 14 days are up and then cancel, you'll owe us for the Services used up to that point.

Custom and branded products

Once we've started production on custom-printed or personalised SmartPaks, they can't be cancelled or returned — except for manufacturing faults, or where the law gives you that right regardless.
